Begin with a free 10–15 minute call to discuss your health goals and determine if functional medicine is the right approach for you.
If you choose to proceed, you’ll complete a functional medicine health survey. This survey is essential for our team to review your history, conduct research, and prepare a preliminary treatment plan.
During your initial consultation, we discuss your health survey, review your treatment plan, and tailor the plan to meet your needs. We’ll outline costs and schedule your follow-up visit, typically 4–12 weeks later.
Revisit progress and adjust your treatment plan, including supplements, lifestyle changes, or further testing, as needed.
